PPS-CF is one of the most performance oriented filaments available, second only to PEEK and PEI. In many cases it can replace milled aluminum parts for a fraction of the cost. Unlike nylons it is not hygroscopic and can be used in wet environments, absorbing less then 0.1% by mass. It is also flame retardant, matching UL-94 V-0 standards. PPS-CF is chemically resistant to acids and bases, making it suitable for chemical applications.
